Today we’d like to introduce you to Christopher Maxwell.
Christopher, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
Back when I was a kid, I started making scripted home films after school just for fun with my friends. I’ve just always been a visionary. I put it down and like many got caught up in the 9 to 5. Then one day, I just went online and invested in a top of the line camera, I bought the best of everything I could find and when the box came in the mail I went downtown and started shooting shots of random people. I started my IG page and soon after I’d received rave reviews for my work. I’m a pretty positive person and I don’t take pictures of people of people, I capture their essence and make the picture come to life. It’s a talent.
Has it been a smooth road?
My biggest struggle was the initial investment. I did not want to produce subpar work, so I knew If I wanted to take it seriously I would have to invest in myself.

I love people so I love capturing special moments such as events, engagement photos, parties, weddings, freelance, etc.
Is our city a good place to do what you do?
Yes. I love the diversity of Atlanta. Yes, I would recommend them starting in Atlanta.
