Thanks for sharing your story with us Matt. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
In the beginning, as Company Founders and Owners of CRSI Siding | Windows | Painting, we did everything: Initial Estimate; performing all of the Skilled Labor; the Final Walk-through with the Homeowner… This enabled us to learn and perfect all of the integral parts of the business. As we have grown, the only change through the years is our addition of a select group of dedicated Crews who work on every home as if it were their own. Today, we still personally oversee every phase of our Projects from start to finish including all interactions with the Homeowners.
From the onset, we have defined our success as consistently delivering more than is expected and we measure our success by continuously encouraging and monitoring Homeowner feedback.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
One of the few challenges we face is from companies who do not take the profession seriously. They attempt to attract clients by offering bargain prices but end up hurting the homeowner by cutting corners and rushing through jobs. This practice usually results in poor quality and disappointed customers. While these types of companies do not usually last long in this industry, they can make it more difficult for reputable companies.
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about CRSI Siding | Windows | Painting – what should we know?
Since 1985, CRSI Siding | Windows | Painting has specialized in Exterior & Interior Painting/Staining, HardiePlank Siding and Window Replacement. CRSI’s Owner-Operators, Joe Tichenor and myself estimate and oversee every Project from start to finish – one job at a time.
We take pride in overseeing all aspects of a Project from the Initial Estimate to the Final Walk-through at completion. We do not have salespeople or managers as all of our Homeowners work directly with the company Owner. In addition, we provide every prospective Homeowner with an extensive list of Customer References and Reviews. We strongly believe direct involvement and continuous oversight by the Owner in every Project results in optimal results.
