Today we’d like to introduce you to Daniel Delgado.
Daniel, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I started photographing back in 2011 when I purchased my first DSLR camera (Canon 60D) and quickly fell in love with it all. If there was something I could photograph I’d do it. Nothing was safe from my camera! Throughout the years my photography work was simply just a hobby but then more and more friends kept asking me to take photos for their children’s birthday parties, family portraits, real estate, and much more. Soon I realized that my hobby was bringing in revenue. Here I am enjoying what I’m doing and making money at the same time, can’t beat that at all! So in early 2017 I decided to take a leap of faith and start up Daniel D Images and go full time with photography. So far it’s been amazing and I have had some great opportunities to photograph amazing people and companies.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
First, I’d like to say that nothing in life worth having is easy. The first year of business was a bit slower than expected but somehow work still trickled in when I needed it to. Sometimes, I’d think to myself “What did I get myself into?” “Did I make the right decision?” “Am I even good enough to be in this profession?” and when those thoughts come across my mind some form of photography work comes in that shatters those negative thoughts.

Daniel D Images specializes in portraits, weddings, lifestyle and event photography. We’re mainly known for our portrait work and strive to make the process and images as creative and stunning as possible.
What makes us proud is the feedback that we receive from our clients. We go above and beyond to make sure each and every person feels as if they’re family. We love to have a good time capturing moments and allowing that to show through our images.
I feel that both our customer service and quality of work that each client receives sets our company apart from many in the Atlanta area.
Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
Going to a Yankees game with both my grandmother and grandfather. We all loved baseball very much.
