Today we’d like to introduce you to Dawn Sutton.
Dawn, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
Years ago I treated myself to a massage for my birthday. Shortly afterwards I enrolled into a Massage program in Philadelphia, Pa. I relocated to Chicago, IL to continue my education as a Massage Therapist. I was fascinated with the effects of stretching during training, and I choose to work with athletes at the YMCA. My clients always enjoyed the stretches I incorporated in my technique. After completing the program I sought employment in the Spa industry.
I enjoyed working in the spa because I was exposed to a multitude of body treatments; exfoliating treatments, Ayuverdic modalities, Salt grottos and Energy work. I relocated to Las Vegas in 2001, and worked at Canyon Ranch Spa CLub for 9.5 years. A world class spa that promoted health and wellbeing to their guests and employees. Canyon Ranch are forerunners in the industry! Luckily, Canyon Ranch trained their therapist or offered a stipend to train. The Founder of the technique Ashiatsu taught us in 2004. In addition, management required therapists to learn Northern style of Thai massage. SO, i traveled to Chang Mai, Thailand to learn from the masters in 2004. In 2015, I traveled to Goa, India to learn the origins of Ashiatsu massage, Indian Foot Massage (chuvutti thiramal). Unfortunately, I felt it was a glass ceiling at The Ranch and muster up the courage to relocate to Atlanta, GA in 2012.
February 11, 2017 I, 2hands2feet, celebrated a year as a Small Business Owner at The Heal Center. I specialize in Asian modalities and hydrating body treatments.
Has it been a smooth road?
As a small business owner i have faced a few challenges… I have no professional contacts in Ga, so building a client base has been slow. I discovered that MARKETING is the key to developing a thriving small business.
So, as you know, we’re impressed with 2HANDS2FEET – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
2hands2feet provides Deeply Relaxing Therapeutic Massage. We specialize in Thai Yoga Massage and Ashi-fusion. I am proud that I invested in continuing education courses from the masters. I am also proud that i value Customer Service skills. I worked at high-end spas, Elizabeth Arden, Mario Tricoci and the Ritz Carlton in Chicago that trained their staff to anticipate the client’s needs.
Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
I love Stone Mountain Park and Dekalb Farmers Market!! Atlantis’s traffic is the worst.

I have been a long time client of Dawn’s. She is absolutely wonderful, she is such a kind and considerate therapist, and offers a wide variety of services. She has healed my many aches and pains over the years, I simply cannot say enough good things about her.

Dawn is the best massage therapist hands down!!! If I go more than a few weeks without her massages my body will let me know it. Do yourself a favor and give her an honest try!

If you haven’t experienced one of Dawn’s Asian-inspired massages then you’re doing yourself a regrettable disservice!
I once deemed a massage as a “treat” or “indulgence”. Not anymore! My bi-weekly appointments @ 2Hands2Feet are now a regular part of my well-being and lifestyle. And Dawn has been my chosen provider of this healthy lifestyle for a year now.
With the use of BOTH her hands & feet she has the incredible ability to discern the amount and type of stretch each part of your body needs. I always walk in tense and tight and leave out elastic and elongated!!

I have worked in a professional capacity with Dawn for quite some time now. She has also worked on my body. She is by far the best therapist I have had in years! She really has healing hands. Congrats to you!
