Today we’d like to introduce you to Denise Carson.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Denise. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I am an author, speaker, and producer in the entertainment industry. I recently released my book “Stranded Between Doubt and Faith”. Which is a book of life questions to help determine what to do when you don’t know what to do. I am known for my Shaderoom appearance where I released an inspirational video about the year 2018. Since then, I have small encouraging snippets on my page to keep people moving towards their transformation. Helping people heal from the inside out is my goal. While showing them my transition, I am desire to share the steps so you can fulfill yours. I am available to speak and share my story. I had to allow myself to do some work and dig deep into some traumas and heal. If there is an opportunity available to share or speak on your platform, I would greatly appreciate it.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It hasn’t been a smooth road due to me being and African American female in the entertainment industry. I struggle with making minority bosses look less than the power. So it causes me to dik my light a lot of times to ensure the client is comfortable.
Alright – so let’s talk business. What else should we know about you and your career so far?
I like to call myself a transformational coach. With the knowledge, I have gained in the entertainment industry and working with different individuals. I often find myself being the counselor and person of reason in any set. When I discovered my power, I began to write about it. I wrote about the ups and downs it takes to maintain good energy in such a chaotic workplace. While searching for self, I let others in on my journey. This is why my books and inspiration is so touching because it comes from an authentic place. My goal and purpose and to help others make it through their transformation as well.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
I plan on having a conference at the beginning of the year. It is labeled the year of You, where I will have people come in and declare their power. My audible book will also be released during the conference of 2021.
