As a kid, my family always made sure we were taken care of holistically but I never understood the importance of it until I got older. Once my grandfather passed away from being on too much medication prescribed by his doctor, it made me want to help others take of themselves naturally.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Of course, it hasn’t been an easy road running a business can get pretty hectic at times but my clients make it all the worthwhile, seeing them improve their own lifestyle with the provided skills and proper technique warms my spirit and makes ALL this worthwhile.

As a licensed herbalist, certified yoni steam practitioner,certified doula, self-care advocate, and reiki practitioner I feel what sets me apart from other practitioners and doulas is that I’m personable with ALL my clients. The fact that MuvaEarf is based off mind, body, and spirit we ensure that connection is made with EVERY experience. MuvaEarf provides melanated people with mental stability techniques to navigate through this journey called life.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
Currently I am continuing to grow and strengthen my knowledge for constant preparation in my community because not only is success important but we must start with mental health and self care which are vital key components in becoming your best self.
