Today we’d like to introduce you to Ebony Ormond-Ham.
So, before we jump into specific questions about the practice, why don’t you give our readers a few quick bullet points about you and your story.
-June of 2013 My family moved from NC to GA. By November of 2013, I was under contract
-I purchased a multi-million dollar community mental health center while struggling to free myself from government assistance. (FOOD STAMPS.
-Married 13yrs, experienced 12 miscarriages w/ 14 losses (2 pregnancies were twins)
-2011 God gave my husband and I a son that we call our PROMISE REMINDER.
-2016 I started my women’s empowerment Three Times A Lady, Inc. 2017 I hosted Dr. Juanita Bynum.
-August 2017 we launched Sneakerhead Youth Empowerment Center as a start to my sons inheritance…. A sneaker design academy for at risk and special needs youth.
-2018 Three Times A Lady, Inc hosted the I Conceive Women’s Empowerment Weekend w/ Dr. Cindy Trimm empowering women and imparting healing into those struggling with fertility issues.
God is continuing to carry us.

Betrayal in business, almost sank a multi million dollar business, miscarriages, marriage tested.
So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Three Times A Lady story. Tell us more about the business.
Ebony Ormond-Ham is the current CEO/Owner of Eye Listen Empowerment Center, LLC (Community Mental Health Center), Sneakerhead Youth Empowerment Center(Sneaker Design Academy for At risk youth) and the growing women’s empowerment network, Three Times A Lady, Inc.
Eye Listen Empowerment Center, LLC is a Medicare-certified and CARF accredited community mental health center. ELEC provides a variety of outpatient mental health services, including partial-hospitalization services (PHP), intensive outpatient services (IOP), and outpatient group and individual psychotherapy. At ELEC, our principle objective is to assist patients in avoiding psychiatric hospitalization in the short-term by providing a highly structured, treatment-intensive environment and in the long-term by empowering our clients with the psychological resources and support necessary to manage mental illness in a less structured environment.
Eye Listen Empowerment Center is unique among other providers of partial-hospitalization and intensive outpatient services because of our accessibility. Potential clients are pre-screened for services in the comfort of their own home within 24 hours of referral. Generally, a client who meets program criteria can begin receiving services the day following the pre-screening. Additionally, all clients in our PHP/IOP programs receive free transportation to and from the facility each day. Transportation is an in-house service that we provide, so it is reliable, insured, and responsive.
Eye Listen Empowerment Center receives patient referrals from hospitals, independent mental health professionals, employee-assistance programs, residential providers, family, friends, and self-referrals. We are always looking to establish working relationships with other providers in the mental health community to improve the continuity of care for the chronically mentally ill population.
