Eleadrea, before we jump into specific questions about the company, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I have been in Healthcare Administration for over 20 years. During my tenure in this field, I saw a need for local healthcare providers to increase their revenue and financial resources. Today’s healthcare providers should focus on treating and providing excellent services to their patients. Eden Management Solutions was opened to allow small and local healthcare providers to focus on their clients while we assist on A/R and collections.
Has it been a smooth road?
A diamond is an exquisite and valuable jewel. But in order for a diamond to become a diamond, there had to be pressure applied. Starting a business is and has been challenging. Finding clients and generating business in this market is no easy task. But I know that this vision is God-ordained. And if He is apart of it, I will be successful!

Eden Management Solutions is a revenue cycle management company for today’s healthcare providers. We provide medical billing, credentialing, consulting, and other services to maximize the revenue and minimize the cost for our clients. Eden works with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, non-emergency medical transportation, hospice, and other health professionals. We are proud of the results and seeing our clients happy on receiving revenue deemed “uncollectable “. Our dedication and high standard of quality customer service set us apart.
How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
Healthcare is a billion-dollar industry. There is a high demand for qualified and result-driven medical billers. The industry will continue to grow, and the demand for outsourcing these services will be even greater.
Who would you say has encouraged and/or influenced you? Did you have a mentor?
I have two people that I can attribute in helping me see my dreams of becoming an entrepreneur. My husband Daniel has been instrumental in encouraging me to take the step to become an entrepreneur. As a pastor, he teaches the truth about who we are and inspires others to become the best God called them to be; he did the same for me. I thank him daily for being my covering, my business and accountability partner, and friend.
My mentor, Melissa Oden, has been integral in my development and growth in this industry. I started working for Melissa back in 2003. Although I had been in healthcare for some years, Melissa gave me a new perspective in revenue cycle management. As a successful business owner at 36, she showed me that I can be whatever I desire to be and to always give back and help others see and fulfill their dreams.
