Today we’d like to introduce you to Hetal Mehta. She and her team share her story with us below.
Please kick things off for us with some background on the story.
Hetal Mehta is a Homoeopath doctor with 10+ years of experience practicing Homoeopathic medicine along with other alternative therapies like Yoga and naturopathy. She has also practiced Allopathic medicines and worked in Hospice care.
She is an international model and was crowned “2nd Runner-up Winner” in the “Miss International Beautiful” pageant 2018 in Miami. Recently she was also nominated as Atlanta”s hottest female model. She has contested in multiple fashion events including Sass and swag fashion show in Nashville, Wine Fashion show, Walk Fashion Show Atlanta.
Organizing and being part of Cultural and social activities is her passion and she pursues it with her contagious enthusiasm and energy. Before moving to Atlanta one and a half years back, she served as president of India Association of Nashville for two years. She has also been very active in social causes like Homeless lunches and American red cross blood drives. She also participated and contributed to the great cause spearheaded by Vibha for helping the underprivileged children.
She was invited by Congressman Jim Cooper as his guest to the joint houses of US Congress to attend Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s speech and she considers herself fortunate to be a part of this historic event.
Hetal Mehta is a vibrant, multi-faceted, down-to-earth personality who believes let there be ups and downs, life is meant to be a celebration!
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
A lot of times, you are quite scared when you have to overcome a certain obstacle. At that moment, it’s good to change your ‘Yes but … mindset’ into a ‘Yes and…’ mindset and believe in yourself. Yes, it’s a high obstacle but I can do it. That’s my mantra in life.
Innovation or learning something new is inherent connected with failing. But every failure brings you closer to success.
Yes And Act – Choose life and I hope that your life will also be an obstacle race (a fun one where you can grow and enjoy all the challenges).
Please tell us about Homeopathy with Hetal.
Homeopathy is a system of medicine which is able to address both acute and chronic disease. This system is based on the theory that “like cures like”. Fun learning about Homeopathy with Hetal Mehta.
Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
“Thinking about this question has reminded me of how lucky I am to have so many precious childhood memories. It’s hard to pick just one! In all of the ones that come to mind I am surrounded by family, relatives, friends, cousins and involve food specially grandmother’s delicious cooking or the outdoors…beaches, road trips, walks. I only hope that my kids can one day say the same!”
