Today we’d like to introduce you to Holli Emory.
Hi Holli, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
It started with Self-Love and my desire to grow. Why? Because I am the creator of my own Legacy. Generally speaking, we aren’t taught the value of Self-love, instead we are taught an external way of accessing authentic feelings of love. Love others first and receive love, or that loving one’s self is well. . . selfish. This is a common and widely spread myth born out of servitude and ego-based systems. We simply must as the Flight Attendants tell us on every flight put our own oxygen mask on first if we will be of any service/help to others. Self-care supports our emotional, psychological and physical well-being and it is absolutely essential in today’s fast-paced Global Society.
Having said that, I believe that Humanity is on the brink of a Global Emotional/Spiritual Evolution and that if all of Humanity were to adapt the oath of “First Do No Emotional or Spiritual Harm” that is when we will truly see massive shifts in society. When we align with authentic self-love it becomes nearly impossible to cause intentional harm to another living thing.
For eons, we have lived from a survivalist model in which is was necessary to think fast and “not feel” or not feel in an authentic way. This mindset no longer supports a sustainable future for humanity and has left us in a vastly disconnected state. In fact, it is that very mindset/belief system that is currently the biggest threat to the planet. So out of necessity the very core of who we are as humans is being called forth to evolve on a Spiritual level. I mean seriously who are we at the core of humanness without our Spiritual selves? Are we not a mere shell?
It was my own curiosity and subsequent Spiritual evolution that bought me to my present state of being. There was an inner awareness bore out of an authentically inspired desire that drove my own actions for self-preservation to seek a deeper connection with my inner being.
Most people have a limited perception that our Emotional Selves & Spiritual Selves are separate when in reality they are one in the same and it is only our Ego selves that promote separation of the two. What if we push those previous perceptions and begin to embrace a new way to think about how we feel? More specifically how we want to feel that honors, supports and nourishes our Spiritual Evolution separate from our conditioned limited beliefs (to include, shame and guilt) and of course separate from our Ego selves? Our emotions are literally the primary driver for all of our life’s experiences and a healed and filled cup shall runneth over.
When we come from this place we are aligned in pure love and that LOVE is then magnified outward into the Global Community and we all benefit. This all begins on the journey from within. Thus my own personal journey to build what I now know as Personal Emotional Wealth. Getting into alignment with the life I wanted to experience and the deep authentic relationships I wanted to have, I began by creating a Plan for Emotional Success. It’s much like winning the life lottery!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
A smooth road in my experience provides very little opportunity for learning, hence the term “learning curve”. Sometimes the roads is wide and flat, while other times the roads are narrow & can feel somewhat treacherous. I will say I’ve learned a tremendous amount and continue to do so. So in short NO my road has not been smooth in the least, however, it certainly does get easier to navigate with the wisdom gathered along the way and this adds a great deal of value to life. I have found that what we usually see as a struggle is all based in our perception of a circumstance or event and our individual relationship to it. All perceptions of struggle might feel true, hard, scary and even painful in the moment. These moments are always temporary and we ultimately decide just how temporary that temporary is. Shift the perception of struggle and it feels a lot less like a struggle in most cases. Most importantly it’s all about the lesson, the lesson is the gift. Once you receive the lesson you can move on. On a final note, although we may hold the perception of “struggle” it does not mean that we cannot experience a lot of joy along the way on this road of life!

I believe we have a personal responsibility as human beings to take an active role in our own individual well-being and thus advocate for our own emotional, psychological and physical safety.
I help people realign emotionally & create a new emotional legacy. The ability to be able to effectively manage our own Emotional State of Being in a healthy way is absolutely life-changing. With so much of how we navigate life and cope with difficult situations being tied to our family history and subsequent limiting beliefs, most people have a limited awareness that there is a better way. Anyone can create a new legacy you are not your past nor are you your family. You are YOU!
Simply put . . . When we know better, we do better, when we do better we feel better when we feel better, we live better and when we live better we love better. ~ quote adapted from the lovely & inspiring Maya Angelou
There are a lot of great educational resources and providers out there. I provide services that support inspired organic healing in a gentle and fun, yes fun way. We tend to get so bogged down in expectations and the external societal perceptions and true to the human form we often overthink everything, causing us to lose sight of the bigger picture. The bigger picture being wellness, joy, and love. This is a co-healing journey and co-creative process. I truly love the process of supporting my clients during this process, it goes beyond a contract or transaction for me, for me it’s about the energy of it and knowing that another human being is healing just brings joy to my Soul.
I am most proud of my ability to lessen the element of fear during the growth/healing process that keeps most people stuck in the anxiety and pain of the past. Fear can be our greatest motivator or saboteur, why not leverage that fear to motivate you toward living in harmonious alignment with your Soul and all of humanity?
This life that we live, this humanness that we get to experience is a priceless gift that we get to embrace as our ultimate classroom. My brand is built on finding creative ways to heal through inspirational educational processes/techniques and most importantly human connection. Afterall . . . isn’t that the very essence of why we are all here? The work I do is deeply Spiritual on a Soul level and while it’s an educational process the basis for it is always love. I want people to know that you can and should be excited about the healing process! Readers can connect with me via the link provided and should 100% show up excited, ready to commit to receive support and embrace this beautiful process of creating their own Personalized Plan For Emotional Success!
We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
When I look back now, I can say probably all of it. I was able to figure out early on that I was the creator of my own joy and although there was a good amount of” bumps” and such along the way, for whatever reason I never feared just GOING FOR IT, whatever “it” was in the moment. From learning to play soccer in the 11th grade & actually being pretty good. I’ve always enjoyed trying new activities, some of which worked out great like soccer while others not so much, like track and softball. I was terrible at softball and didn’t care for track, however, through the process of trying I learned what I didn’t like and that gave me the inspiration to find what I did like.
Most of all I played an active role in my own discovery. A good amount of parents typically force their kids participation various sports or other extracurricular activities in hopes to enrich their childhood experiences and provide a foundation of various benefits, which I absolutely believe it does to some degree. It can be a vital part of childhood development to try new things. I believe it’s also important to equally build a child’s autonomy and provide opportunity for them to develop their own sense of what they value separate from their parents.
My experience was different mainly due to family financial challenges even though I wanted to participate it often wasn’t financially doable. Once I was able to participate in school-funded activities I did just that. As long as I had transportation (via the bus) I was all in as soon as the permission slip was signed. This ultimately worked out better in hindsight, because I got to choose what I tried and despite being older and not being on the same skill level., it didn’t stop me from trying. For whatever reason, I was too excited about the opportunity and didn’t really have that fear of failing at something new. It never really bothered me as long as I knew I a) learned something new and b) could try again or just try something completely different. I’ve always managed to maintain that childlike curiosity and excitement throughout the years. I follow whatever peaks my curiosity and that has largely worked well for me even when it didn’t it somehow always did and does still to this day.
