Meet Inga Bailey of Inga Bailey Brows in Dunwoody

Today we’d like to introduce you to Inga Bailey.

Inga Bailey is the owner and operator of Inga Bailey Brows, LLC. Inga has been working in the beauty industry since the age of 18 years old. Inga started her career as a professional makeup artist. She quickly realized the major importance of properly shaped eyebrows – eyebrows can either “make” or “break” a person’s entire look and facial appearance. Once she found this discovery, she decided that she needed to further her education in the beauty industry and became an eyebrow artist by way of obtaining her esthetician license at Elaine Sterling Institute in Atlanta, GA. Correcting, properly shaping and perfecting eyebrows quickly became her new passion. She has worked for the world renowned, Anastasia Beverly Hills as an Eyebrow Expert and a trainer in the Atlanta area. After working for Anastasia for some time, she branched out on her own and founded Inga Bailey Brows in the summer of 2014. Her clientele ranges from young teenage girls to career women, to housewives, to socialites. Inga makes sure that Inga Bailey Brows is a safe brow haven for any and everyone.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Honestly, the growth of my business has actually been a pretty smooth road. Not because is was easy, but because I feel that if you are truly following your passion, then everything will work out exactly how God planned, as long as you put your all into it. And I did just that! It would be dishonest of me to say that the process wasn’t hard or challenging… it was! But my outlook on life is that anything worth having is definitely worth working extremely hard for. Inga Bailey Brows is not just a job or an eyebrow studio to me, Inga Bailey Brows is my life and my legacy. A strong legacy should be difficult to build. The stronger it is, the longer it will last!

Inga Bailey Brows – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
At Inga Bailey Brows, every potential and loyal client can rest assured that their brows will be transformed for the greater once they leave Inga’s chair. Inga is a firm believer in educating each client about their eyebrows. Most people have so many unanswered questions when it comes to their eyebrows, and unfortunately, at other eyebrow studios, their questions remained unanswered. At Inga Bailey Brows, every question “why” is answered thoroughly during a full eyebrow consultation, to not only give the client newfound knowledge but also comfort in knowing that their eyebrows are in good hands. Inga does not believe in masking the eyebrows by using too much brow product or performing random eyebrow trends. At Inga Bailey Brows, natural looking brows are always on trend. The eyebrows should softly complement and frame the face. Using too much brow product on the eyebrows can make the eyebrows appear extremely harsh. After the brows have been expertly shaped, Inga then teaches each client how to naturally enhance their brows if needed. Getting your eyebrows shaped at Inga Bailey Brows is an experience, and it is an experience that can’t be forgotten or duplicated!

What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
My proudest moment in my career so far would definitely be the moment I trusted in myself and God by stepping out on faith and opening my own studio. In the beauty industry, it can be very easy to continue to work in a department store, or a spa, with the comfort and security of having a “job”. Or some people will start their business, but will maintain a part-time position just to have something to “fall back on”. To me, having a “fall back” option only sets you up to do just that, fall back. It’s almost as if you are preparing to fail. So again, my proudest moment was when I trusted the process and went after my dreams 100%
