Je’Nae, Jasmine, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
JJ Interior Styling was created after sisters Je’Nae Thomas and Jasmine Friend decided to make careers out of their hobby. With both of us being full-time collegiate prepared medical providers, we self taught ourselves the profession of interior decorating and quickly realized medical businesses would be our niche since we work hands-on in the environment and know exactly what and where things are used most efficiently. Since inception of the company in 2015, each year we’ve increased our number of completed projects and happy customers.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Our greatest struggle has been, and still is, balancing two careers at once. Both owners still work as medical providers while still delivering successful interior styling projects.

JJ Interior Styling delivers interior decorating and redesign services to home or office spaces. We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver stylish yet comfortable spaces with an emphasis on functionality. Functional, well-styled spaces set our team apart from other interior stylists that may only focus on aesthetics.
What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
Our proudest moment is definitely us having the courage to step out on faith towards passion in a brand new world.
