Today we’d like to introduce you to Kim Haynes.
So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Originally from St.Louis MO and relocated to Atlanta four years ago. I’ve always wanted to work in real estate and help create generational wealth within communities. I started with the investment side and working with redevelopment projects to understand the market. After completing my license in GA, I decided I wanted to help first time home buyers as my passion project. In the real estate market, it can be hard for first time or any buyers to navigate the home buying process. I took the time to perfect my craft and take the customer service knowledge I’d acquired from the corporate sector to craft my real estate career. Not only did that turn into success with buyers but I have applied that to helping sellers as well.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road to finding my footing in real estate hasn’t been easy. Learning to run your business, time management and building a solid network didn’t come with a playbook. Being from STL and not having that sphere of influence in ATL required me to increase my networking, outreach and referral network. It took some time but I was able to learn on the go and still learning!
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Luxe Realty GA – what should we know?
Luxe Realty GA is a full-service real estate brand! I specialize in helping buyers create a roadmap from start to close working with them from the lending side to the home search. I have created a special partnership with agencies in Atlanta to help their employees realize the dream of homeownership while helping them with retention. This is my passion project helping those who need assistance with homeownership and educating them about the benefits of owning their own home. The other side of the business is listing and helping sellers with securing the best price for their home. I’ve focused on using a strategic marketing plan to help with listing their home and getting market visibility. I’m most proud of the level of service and care I’ve developed in real estate. In this industry, it’s about the sale and I’m about the clients! That level of detail sets me apart from others!
Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
The characteristic I feel is most important to my success is Gratitude. Each day I wake up, I focus on what I’m grateful for in my daily life! I take this with me in my business and I’m grateful for every client and opportunity to be of service to others.
