Today we’d like to introduce you to Lina Campbell.
Lina Norell Campbell, Chief Design Officer is an Atlanta native and graduate of Spelman College. She holds a BA in religious studies/economics and upon graduation, worked in New York City for a global financial services firm. Lina returned to Atlanta in 2009 and since has continued to work in financial services. In 2019, while still working in a corporate setting, she decided to follow a longtime desire and hobby of hers to satisfy her creative side and she brought her business acumen and professionalism to the interior design market. Lina is a certified interior decorator (CID) focusing on the aesthetics of a space.
Her passion is to create visually pleasing and functional spaces for her clients. Lina’s passion for interior design fully manifested during her journey towards creating the perfect home. After purchasing her first home, she went through the difficult and expensive process of choosing furniture, fabrics, lighting and accessories that reflected her personality and the desire to feel good about entertaining guests in her home. The search for exceptional design led to the discovery of her personal style; it was sophisticated, chic, glamorous, and beautiful. The response from guests who entered her home was always accompanied by a resounding “Wow” this looks like a magazine.
After several inquires of her own living space, she decided to oblige the request of others by turning her passion into Lina Norell Designs. A full-service boutique design firm specializing in room design, furniture and décor planning. Our goal is transform the space of our clients using design principles that meet the client’s vision and needs. We enjoy working in a variety of decorating styles and most importantly, strive to make each client experience enjoyable. We can service all levels of your needs. During the design collaboration, we walk you through the design process every step of the way to ensure your concerns are heard and your needs are met.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
To date, it has been a smooth road because I LOVE what I do. Clients seek me out and I am currently booked for the remainder of the year.
