Today we’d like to introduce you to Marcus Y Rosier.
Marcus has a unique story that has afforded him a variety of diverse life experiences. He graduated at the tender age of 16 years old, and by the age of 19, he purchased his first home.
He was also part owner of a real estate investment company and Founder & CEO of two companies of his own. In addition, he was the Founder & CEO of a nonprofit organization for at-risk youth ages 13-18.
After years of success, Marcus found himself having to fight the declining housing market and economic recession. His life and businesses quickly changed, and he was forced to start all over and embrace the process of rebuilding his life. It was then that Marcus set out on a journey to discover who he was outside of financial status and the material things he acquired, and to redefine his concept of success.
During this process, Marcus discovered and developed the concept and life investment – life practice that changed his life. This practice he titled, “WIN THE DAY.” Where he teaches people how to monetize their minutes to increase their personal & professional value and daily productivity, by making an emotional connection to their time.
The concept is to make every hour of the day worth $100 and make the entire day worth $2,400. His life practice was, and is, to invest a minimum of $240 (2 hours and 40 minutes) into his skill set & mindset, personal growth, and character development, each and every day. It was the concept of “WIN THE DAY” that helped him to redefine and reclaim true success. After mastering the life investment- life practice of “WIN THE DAY” he knew that he needed to share this tried and true practice with the world.
Marcus has since published a book entitled, “WIN THE DAY” – 10 Strategies for A Winning Life and created a virtual global community known as “The Winners Circle Community.” Marcus went on to write 23 books in 3 months, three of which are published best selling books. He also produced an audiobook and 3 audio albums in one year.
In addition to his books and albums, he has also created coaching programs to assist aspiring entrepreneurs, authors & speakers. He accomplished all of this while traveling both domestically and internationally speaking in places such as South Africa, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Mexico, Spain, Japan to name a few. Marcus has also been featured on ABC, NBC, CBS, and FOX affiliate networks. As well as countless radio outlets including Rainbow FM in South Africa.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
The greatest struggle has been going on a never-ending journey without an end destination or clear direction. I set out on a journey to improve myself and help others get more out of their day and out of life. It was noble at first, but learning how to monetize it came with a lot of frustration and setbacks. Building a business from scratch is not easy, but definitely worth it.

What were you like growing up?
I was a blend of the school athlete, the school nerd and the class clown. I was the captain of my school team, had straight A’s but was frequently in trouble for wanting to be the teaching instead of the student.
Looking at things now that I am older I realize I enjoyed an interactive learning style and loved teaching and leading people. It’s clear now professional seeing how interactive I am with my clients, while conducting workshops or in daily interactions.
