Hi Nicole, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started my business because I felt that there were not enough quality hair companies in Atlanta. Once I got my business up and running, I had a lot of trials and errors, from finding the right vendor to promoting my products to the right clientele. I believe I have been able to gain continuous clients since I provide affordable pricing and great customer service.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
A lot of the struggles I faced were finding a quality vendor and deciding on my target market. This involved testing out different texture bundles and wigs to see how they handle bleaching and how long they last. This process took a few months to complete but I am very happy with the vendor I selected. With selecting my target market, I am still facing trials with that. This focuses on my price range and the best way to market my hair to people who want a product in my range.

Icy Hair Boutique sells quality wigs and bundles in the Atlanta area. Products are available for custom orders or in their natural state. I believe we stand out because we believe in quality over quantity. We sell hair at an affordable price and do not waiver from providing quality for the price.
Can you share something surprising about yourself?
One thing my customers don’t know about me is that I am a Master’s student by day and run a business by night.
