Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No, it has not been an easy road at all. Whenever you start a new business funding seems to be one of the biggest challenges.

Most of us start off using our personal funds or we get personal loans. Which can take a little longer to get the business up and running like we want.

Marketing is another big challenge. Finding your target audience and then getting them to trust you enough to purchase from you.

Not seeking help so we can grow. We want to do everything ourselves but in reality, in order to grow we have to delegate things to others.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
I’m a multifaceted business connoisseur. I run multiple successful businesses. I have proven hair growth products. So if you suffer from Alopecia, bald spots, thinning hair, damaged hair, dry, brittle hair, itchy scalp or just want healthier hair my products are for you. Works on all hair types. Great for the entire family.

I have a marketing firm. We help businesses get started, we help them build business credit so they can get all types of funding. We teach businesses how to apply for grants, we help people start a vending machine business, do corporate leasing, get vehicles in their business name and help with rebuilding their personal credit. We help with branding, marketing, running paid ads and more.

I run a family trucking company and we offer dispatch services.

I am most proud of the fact that my businesses are helping other businesses become successful. My haircare products are bringing back self-confidence in men, women and kids by solving their hair issues.

What do you like and dislike about the city?
Seeing so many successful black people motivates me. It gives me so much hope because this is all normal here. We also have a lot of great eating places. I love me some good chicken.

The traffic sucks on our highways. You have to learn how to maneuver especially during “rush” hour(s).
