Thanks for sharing your story with us Quiana. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I have been a REALTOR® in the Metro Atlanta area for ten years. I am a graduate of Fayetteville State University with a BA in Marketing and an MBA in Management.
I have successfully been able to leverage my marketing and management expertise to build a blossoming real estate career. I have a long record of successfully guiding buyers and sellers through seamless real estate transactions. I’m passionate about real estate and it shows with the dedication and commitment I give to each client. My clientele personally believes in the real estate expertise that I provide, how she provides it and what they receive from it.
“This “client first” philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I’ve found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I’ve always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They’ve also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
To be quite honest being a real estate professional has had its share of challenges. One of my biggest struggles is time management. I am hands on with all of my clients so juggling multiple clients and giving them all my undivided attention is hard. However, I always find a way to make it work and my clients appreciate the hands-on attention they receive.

I am in the business of assisting my clients with all of their real estate needs. I assist buyers, sellers, and investors. I specialize in all areas of real estate. I am known for my savvy and innovative marketing. I am most proud of building my brand without compromising myself. I’m known as The“Carrie Bradshaw” Of Real Estate, of course, I stand out from other real estate professionals. I love all things fashion and I have incorporated it into my brand and it works for my clients.
What is “success” or “successful” for you?
Success to me is being completely happy. I don’t measure my success by numbers because if you do this you will never have enough. I strive to outdo my previous sales numbers every year. I do however believe that once I meet a certain number of clients I would be happy with steady business because quality of life is very important to me.
