After being in corporate America over 17 years in management, starting different operations and building their dreams, It was time to make a change. I’ve always had the passion for real estate and wanted to do it for a while but always had fear and lack of time. However, I was determined to press through and make my dream become a reality. So I stepped out on faith became a Realtor and started my own company.
Prestige Realty Firm is a professional, full-service real estate solutions firm that assists clients with their real estates needs as well as buying and selling properties throughout the greater Atlanta, GA area. I specialize in counseling modest first-time home buyers and sellers with the direction of listing/marketing of homes throughout Atlanta. Also, buying distressed homes at a significant discount, and renovate and resell them to retail home buyers and landlords. Prestige Realty Firm was founded in 2016 and is excited to be part of the area’s renaissance and we aspire to continue contributing to the economic rejuvenation of Atlanta and its neighborhoods.
Since its inception, Prestige Realty Firm has passionately pursued the goal to help hundreds of people in our community find an answer to their real estate needs. Through the years, I developed a solid foundation of real estate knowledge, with the integrity to follow up on promises and make successful deals happen. My organization and I are proud to be affiliated with Palmer House Properties and Atlanta Realtors Association, as well as an upstanding member of the greater Atlanta area.
When a passion for real estate is combined with a talented individual who have an uncompromising drive to succeed, amazing things will happen. We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Lol, No it hasn’t been a smooth road. Being an entrepreneur and starting a business comes with a host of challenges. Whether you are new or seasoned entrepreneur, you will have to deal with challenges. It takes a lot of dedication, determination and nurturing a business to success.
When I walked away from a promising and financial stability, it was scary. My recommendation to anyone who is ready to soar and start their own business is; just trust your instincts and think through your decision logically.
As the founder of a startup, I had to come up with the ideas. When competitors emerge, I had to do some creative thinking and come up with an action plan. I had to think about how to stand out from the others and think about my target audience.
The most challenging things I faced along the way was dealing with the unknown and having the financial capital for the startup. The unknown factor means of stability plummet and plans remain in flux as developments emerges. Being an entrepreneur is lonely, especially starting out.
Another struggle was making decisions from major impacting to minor affecting ones. It became really stressful! I call it decision fatigue, a new level of stress. I’ll tell any new entrepreneur if you can work past these obstacles, you’re well on your way to becoming a successful entrepreneur.

At Prestige Realty Firm, I pride myself on having a strong foundation of real estate knowledge and training. My focus is on providing best real estate SOLUTIONS for my clients and finding VALUE for my investors by locating ugly, vacant homes that are eyesores and put them back into use after renovation.
The core business lies within systems, partnership, education and knowledge of the real estate industry. I did not just buy a CD off the Internet and became a real estate firm overnight. I have spent thousands of dollars to learn how to be successful in this business and do it the right way the first time.
Through my affiliation, I am connected with a national network of realtors and investors that provide continual support and weekly training on changes throughout the industry. This process has allowed me to circumvent many pitfalls most novice realtors and investors would make. Learning the hard way is not a phrase in my vocabulary, and I certainly would not ask anyone to invest with me if I weren’t confident enough to invest myself!
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
As an author, realtor, investor and a certified financial specialist, I have so many plans for the future. One of my plans will be to expand the company into neighboring market states and educate individuals on the importance of credit, finance, and real estate. I also have plans to create a division within the company to service the homeless by helping them to get off the streets.
Another major plan that I’m looking forward to is partnering with Invest Atlanta with revitalization and growth of the city. I will help individuals and their families who always wanted to move in the city but thought they couldn’t afford it, to become a homeowner.
