Meet Steve Weindorf of All-Star Entertainment in Atlanta

Today we’d like to introduce you to Steve Weindorf.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Steve. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
We started as a small, mom n pop entertainment company in 1988. Since then, we’ve grown to become among the largest suppliers of professional entertainment services and theme décor in the entire southeastern United States. Our success is directly related to the level of service we offer our clients since we are almost a 100% referral business now. What sets us apart from other professional entertainment providers is that due to the volume of work we do, we only represent the very best-rated entertainers available, who are willing to offer their services at a discounted rate. This way, our professional Event Coordinators can assist the clients in every step of their event, while still providing them with cost savings!

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
We have always been challenged by competitive artists who claim to have similar services for less money. Most of the time, this results in a disappointed client, who wanted to save money by hiring an inexperienced entertainer. Every event we provide entertainment for is representing the All-Star name, So, we ensure that we exceed every client’s expectations.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about All-Star Entertainment – what should we know?
Depending upon the client’s budget, we often provide services as small as a DJ or a strolling performer for an event, to as large as a halftime performance at the Atlanta Falcons game. But, no matter what the size of the event, we work with our clients from beginning conception throughout the planning to the final performance, to ensure we are exceeding their expectations. We take great pride in our ability to design one-of-a-kind, customized events from scratch, based on the client’s needs.

Our most popular unique acts are the All-Star Casino Night, the All-Star Game Show, the All-Star Karaoke Extravaganza and the All-Star Indoor Horse Derby. We also represent the best variety dance bands in Georgia, award-winning magic and hypnosis stage shows, team-building exercises and even celebrity look-a-likes.

Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
I discovered something very early in my career, and that is to always give the client more than they expect from you. This applies to everything, from our Entertainment Consultant’s approach to analyzing each event and customizing a unique offering to every detail and nuance of the final event.

    All-Star is my secret, ace-in-the-hole! As an Event Coordinator, I often need last-minute entertainment for my clients. Steve and his crew create events that make me look good. Their attention to detail is second to none and their pricing is always within my budget. I wish I could keep them for myself!
