Having been born and breed in the back bayous of the Mississippi Delta, Toni is no stranger when it comes to hard work, ethical morals, and determination of executing one’s goals. In the years 2015-2017, Toni became immersed in the world of bodybuilding, after being mentored by many it led her to compete in Regional and Nationals shows. This mentorship helped blossom and motivate Toni’s views on her brand, which lead her to the world of beauty and healthy lifestyles. Balancing motherhood, a corporate career and first-time business owner, she has thrived to what has made her a household name for many in the world of Social Media and beyond.
Toni, who is known amongst most as “SIP” is not only known for her sense of humor, but her unique, and realistic approach of parenting and juggling life on the daily. Bodybuilding power house C.T. Fletcher instantly felt a connection, and personally approached her, commending her work ethic and balance and has continued to support her brand throughout her journey.
In the early stages of starting her brand, Toni understood the importance of branding after resiliently being mentored by Lamar (Superfreshclothes), most known for his artistic clothing brand, and strategic strong marketing skills. This mentorship helped blossom and motivated Toni’s views on her Brand.
In early 2018 Toni became immersed in the world of hair care and skin care. She worked tirelessly to create and birth Just A Sip Shop. Just A Sip Shop is catered to everyone’s beauty and health wellness and it’s taken the world by storm. With her products landing in its first Beauty Supply store, listed on Amazon, multiple items sold out, and new products dropping monthly.
Sip will never conform to what society says that multi-hats can’t wear and slayed gracefully, making her more appealing, and loved. The success of Just A Sip Shop has proved she is unrelenting and determined to be the best at all she accomplishes.
Has it been a smooth road?
It has been a very balanced road. A little bit of smooth and a little bit of rough. I made a year in business in July 2019, Before that milestone, I was overcoming a change in my corporate career, maintaining a household with two tweens all while keeping my infant business afloat. Prayer and a strong circle of friends and family kept me sane and balanced. The biggest struggle in the process was giving myself room to be imperfect. I felt I had no room for error in that sensitive time. God told me to hold tight and hold strong. I never lost my faith in myself. I knew the trials and tribulations during that season of my life would pass, and I would be ready to take on a new one. And that “NEW” hit hard. I got a new and higher paying corporate position, that also allowed me to pour more capital into my business. I came out with new products that hit a home run. I got into my first beauty supply store in Orlando. I hit my first major magazine feature ” Sheen Magazine” and numerous testimonials of pleased customers. All before making a year in business! That’s all God!

Our goal at Just A Sip is to create unique, organic, natural and sustainably produced hair and skin products for women and men. Our moral value “Don’t compromise your overall beauty and wellness”. We sell hair growth serums, facial scrubs, shampoo’s, grooming kits for men, and just launched a hair, skin, and nail gummy vitamin. We specialize in follicle regrowth hair serums, Co-Wash’s, natural skin care products and a blooming Men’s product line. Also, our Fig8ure Waist sculptors that target upper back support such as scoliosis. We produce 100% paraben-free and Vegan based products. All hand-crafted.
We are best known for our flagship product Just A Sip Hair Serum, after a few testimonials and some before and after pictures that hit the web, we became an official stamp of approval!
What I am most proud of as a company is that we are truly independent. Built from the ground up. I don’t have partners, investors, angel investors, bank loans, etc. My capital comes from my pockets and what the company makes, I place right back into the company. I fear debt and I’m a strong believer that at the right time, God will place the proper people in my path to grow my company to its full potential.
I believe what sets Just A Sip apart from others in this industry, is that we pride ourselves on not being culturally bias. Just A Sip stands on its impact on the human community by giving those a second chance at taking better care and being more self aware of themselves. Uncompromising Beauty and Wellness.

What I love best about Marietta is the diverse culture that is embedded and still thriving. What I like least.. The heavy traffic.
