After several years working for others as employees we, as a family, had the idea of creating our own business, which would allow us to grow personally in something we enjoy doing, give us financial freedom, allow us to leave a legacy and help other people.
We understand that there is a tendency in the world; people want to feel and look better, to be healthier, thinner and fit, so we decided that our company was going to design solutions for these needs.
This is how Balukas was born.
Now, Balukas represents how we want people to feel about themselves; Beautiful, Authentic, Loved, Unique, ”Konfident”, Active and Sexy.
Has it been a smooth road?
On a personal level, it has been a big challenge to be enterprising because we are still learning about the best way to divide our time between our company, and our responsibilities and activities as mothers, wives, and housewives.
On the business level, some of the biggest difficulties during this time have been positioning our brand, compared to other brands recognized in the market since they have been in this business for many years. If to this you add that we do not have a point of sale, the challenge is even greater because then we must find strategies that allow us to have highly effective online sales channels, such as our website,

Following the philosophy of designing and marketing solutions to improve people`s quality of life through the care and well-being of the body, at Balukas we offer body shaping garments made 100% in Colombia, to highlight a firmer and thinner figure.
We specialize in Compression Garments. like girdles, which are postpartum or control garments for daily use. We also have cinchers, vests, and belts in latex for daily use or for training.
And our newest solution for those who want to control measures and cellulite and lift their butt is our Full Compression Legging.

What has been more difficult for us in this city is finding appropriate spaces, places or events where we can inform people about the type of solutions we offer.
