Today we’d like to introduce you to Shamieka Dean.

Shamieka, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
My journey of the employee to entrepreneur wasn’t the idea. I was actually terminated from my corporate job of five years that catapulted me into my destiny.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It certainly wasn’t a smooth road. When I was terminated, I initially looked for another job. Every door was closed until I had a come to Jesus moment. God revealed to me that the doors were closed because He was going to birth my own company. I had the same obstacles, fears, and misconceptions most beginning Entrepreneurs have. At the time, it was impossible because I didn’t know anything about building a business. I didn’t have any business skills. I didn’t have any money. I didn’t know where to start. I didn’t have anything I thought was profitable. I didn’t have any clients. I didn’t think anyone would pay me. I didn’t think I was good enough. I went through a process of purging both personally and professionally. I wasn’t equipped mentally, spiritually, emotionally or financially to run a business. However, the obstacles didn’t stop me. The challenges pushed me to do what was necessary to build my business.

So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Shamieka Dean Enterprises Incorporated story. Tell us more about it.
Shamieka Dean Enterprises Inc is a global business equipping aspiring and emerging entrepreneurs with the skills to turn their profit into purpose, create multiple dreams of income, leverage the power of social media, and scale their business for long term success.

I’m most proud of the results my clients get after going through my courses. To see them do what they once thought was impossible is the greatest reward.

My business directly aligns clients with their God-given purpose. My prophetic gift from God helps me to see beyond the gifts, talents, and skills of my clients to identify their passion and purpose. I don’t believe that “You can do anything you set your mind to.” I believe “You can do EVERYTHING you’re PURPOSED to do and you ALREADY have WITHIN you what you need to do it.”

What sets me apart is my Real, Raw and Relatable approach to business. They are provided with INSTANTLY implementable strategies to get started in their business and achieve their goals. My clients are served with transparency, consistency, and authenticity. This means I not only share my successes with them but my struggles also.

Has luck played a meaningful role in your life and business?
I don’t believe in luck (good or bad). I believe in divine alignment, divine appointment and divine access given to us by God. I made God the CEO of my business and my Marketing Strategist. Because I submitted my plans to His, success is unstoppable and unlimited.
