Meet Lynn Paterson of House and Garden Boutique in Woodstock

Today we’d like to introduce you to Lynn Paterson.

The shop is celebrating its 14th year in business in July of 2017.

Owner, Lynn Paterson, enjoys interacting with the customers and learning from them as well. Mrs. Paterson is a nationally certified Interior Redesigner and uses her training to enhance the displays at the shop. With a background in corporate America, spending 17+ yrs. at IBM, she brings a wealth of business knowledge to the table.

Chloe, their adopted Shih Tzu / Lhasa Apso mix dog, welcomes guests to the store on a daily basis. And she also serves as their store manager :). Customers love to play with Chloe and share their own pet stories.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
We look forward to growing with Downtown Woodstock. The future is very bright here in this area with the continued growth. Voted in 2015 as one of the top 20 places to live in the US by Money Magazine.

Eclectic Gift Shop in Downtown Woodstock GA, specializing in affordable gifts, home decor, jewelry, clothing, candles & more. Trapp Candles & snap jewelry are a couple of the customer’s favorite gift items. We feature jewelry and product from local artists in our area as well.

Other items we sell are Milk Paint, Seda France Candles, Sophia’s Oils & Diffusers, Wine Glasses, Scarves, Shawls, Woman’s Tops, Children’s Clothing, Webkinz, Garden Flags, Soaps & Lotions, etc.

We also offer interior redesign services, where we use what the customer has to enhance their home.

One-on-one attention to our customers is what keeps them coming back again and again. We enjoy interacting and learning from them as they shop in our store. That’s the best part of the job……our customers!

So, what’s next? Any big plans?
We are participating in more and more gift shows and conferences in our local area. In addition, we are expanding our involvement into smaller local events, and also into in-home parties for our customers. Call us and we’ll come to you!
