Today we’d like to introduce you to Danielle Harris.

Professionally, I’m a seasoned communications expert with over 12 years of experience in the fields of executive communications and public relations. Furthermore, I’m a pastor’s kid as well as a site leader at my church’s west campus. So, when my church family experienced a critical time in ministry about ten years ago, I was able to use my “church” knowledge and public relations skills to help our ministry bounce back and maintain our reputation within the community and the media.

My company was birthed out of this experience because it ignited my passion for helping pastors and entrepreneurs boost their influence by strengthening their executive presence, positioning them with the media, and increasing their credibility within their community. D. Harris & Associates is a thriving executive communications firm, and we are honored to work with some of the nation’s leading ministries and small business owners. With our proven executive communications coaching, our clients have seen an increase in positive media attention and booked consistent speaking engagements. At our company, we know our clients already have everything within themselves to be successful or overcome a crisis. However, we just give them the push they need to maximize their potential.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
As an entrepreneur who still has a full-time job, it’s been hard to find a balance with my hectic schedule. However, I’m blessed to have a supportive family and group of friends who have helped make the journey fun, exciting, and a little easier.

Harris & Associates is an executive communications firm that specializes in helping pastors and entrepreneurs boost their influence by strengthening their executive presence, positioning them with the media, and increasing their credibility within their community. We offer executive communications coaching, media interview training, and reputation management. We also provide speech writing and we draft news releases.

We have a curriculum that is designed to help pastors take their influence beyond the pulpit, and we work with churches in developing their crisis communications plans.

I am blessed to have wonderful people in my life. Below is a list of who they are: 

Pastors Claude and Regina Harris: My parents and my biggest cheerleaders who give me business advice on how to connect with both church and business leaders.

Claude L. Harris, Jr.: My brother, my cheerleader, and my unofficial employee who helps monitor our clients’ social media communications.

Drs. Olajide and Irene Agunloye: Not only are they my Godparents, but they are highly-respected professors who have been the mentors who push me to reach beyond what seems impossible.

New Life Worship Center: My church family who always supports and prays for me.
