Today we’d like to introduce you to Arianna Mitchell.
Hi Arianna, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started my journey as a 19-year-old entrepreneur that created my own business making beauty and skincare products with the most natural and organic ingredients to beautify the skin inside and out. I noticed most store-bought products we use on a daily are filled with harmful TOXINS! People often read the back of the labels on what they eat and are overall more conscious about what they eat. Yet, people seem not to really give a second thought to what they put ON their bodies, which ultimately goes into your body. CHARM wants to create a movement of people using good clean products and understanding what’s going onto their skin. Almost two years later, I’m still growing, learning and building. I am so grateful for everyone who has ever supported CHARM and supported our message. If you never heard of us, it’s not too late to join the movement!
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
I think one of the biggest struggles has definitely been the COVID-19 Pandemic. It is hard for so many small business to stay afloat, but we’ve been making it through. We still have the support of our very loyal customers and business partners. As a community, I think it so important to try and support your small, local businesses always but especially right now. Supporting a small or local business could doesn’t always mean buying something. You could leave a review on their website, repost them on social media, or simply tell a friend. There are so many ways to keep our small business alive and thriving.

We are a Black-Owned Business. Our skincare products are carefully created to nurture your skin. We’d love to hear about how you think about risk taking?
Starting a business is taking a risk in itself, but I definitely don’t regret it. I think a lot of people first starting out have doubts. I use to ask myself, “Will people except what I have to offer? Will people like my products? What if I fail?” Once you stop caring about the “what if’s” and you know you are putting out your truth and your passion, people will automatically be drawn to it because it’s coming from an authentic place. Pretty much anything you have to offer that you truly believe in and put effort in, there will be an audience for you and your brand. The love you put into your brand is the love you’ll get out!
