Hi Chase, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Myself and two business partners were all working our lives away in corporate America working for a software company in the greater Atlanta area. We all had similar passions when it came to cannabis and realized that Atlanta was behind many cities when it came to quality legal cannabis products such as CBD, along with proper education and an overall great customer experience when visiting the few shops that were selling CBD at the time.
Product transparency was also a major issue not just in Atlanta, but industry-wide and we wanted to start a local company that solved many of these issues mentioned while also giving locals a true “west coast style” dispensary experience AND cutting edge cannabis products that are constantly being introduced on a daily basis. Today, ATLRx or AKA Atlanta Rx, is one of the countries top providers of cannabis products such as CBD and, more notably, Delta 8 THC. Delta 8 THC came in with a bang last August and we are now in the top google ranks for many Delta 8 THC products on the market, including the #1 spot for Delta 8 Flower and Buy Delta 8 on Google. ATLRx also has multiple retail locations, including a warehouse in Dawsonville, Ga, where we package and fulfill our products and online orders. ATLRx has also started franchising and are in the final stages with multiple franchise partners to begin construction on other ATLRx locations throughout the greater Atlanta area.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It hasn’t been a smooth road so to speak. We have had major issues with banking, payment processing providers and marketing, to name a few. Many banks and process payment providers will not work with cannabis companies and also, many will being to work with you and then shut you down. It’s a constant uphill battle with the banking industry and payment processing industry in this space that many companies are dealing with.
Marketing is also a major issues as there is strict limitations on marketing cannabis products basically everywhere, such as social media & pay per click advertising. You really have to think outside the box in this industry, which has been challenging but rewarding at the same time if executed correctly.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am the CEO of Atlanta Rx. I am mainly in charge of our sales and marketing while influencing our overall organizational strategy. Atlanta Rx stands apart with the overall education, experience, and transparency that we provide to our customers on a daily basis. I am proud that are brand is known as one of the most transparent brands and high-quality brands on the market. All of this really starts with product labeling and most brands out on the market are getting it wrong by rounding up or down and accepting a variance between the label and the actual lab report. Due to our small batch products and in-house label printing, Atlanta Rx is able to allow our customers to precisely dose their products by providing labeling that exactly matches the third-party lab reports, which many people have problems reading and understanding in the first place. You can even scan the QR code on all of our labels to bring up the third-party lab report that I mentioned.
Our brand was born and bred in Atlanta and we care so much for this city that we only want to offer every customer a customer loyalty program and recycling program to help diminish plastic waste stemming from the cannabis industry. What matters most to you?
