Today we’d like to introduce you to Jenna Libman.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I became an entrepreneur when I was 16, but even as a young child I always knew I wanted to be my own boss. I had many interests growing up, but my fuel was always fired when I created something for myself and saw success from it. My first business was my online secondhand clothing shop that I’ve grown for the past 6 years as a high school student, a college student, and now part-time post grad. My second business is my social media agency, which I started after I graduated college in 2020.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
My biggest struggle was my high school boyfriend passing away suddenly right before I graduated in 2017. I had my secondhand clothing shop at this point, but after I took some time off I was inspired to reboot and rebrand. I kicked it into high gear after the rebrand and put my heart into the business. It was a happy outlet for me. I now find the same kind of outlet in my social media agency. Growing a creative business keeps me going and makes me feel inspired.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Daffodil Marketing?
Daffodil Marketing is my social media agency I started in June 2020. I specialize in organic growth and engagement for Instagram and Facebook. I offer full time management of Instagram and Facebook which includes content creation and copywriting. I like to offer custom packages as well, since not every business fits into one box. I like to call it giving your pages a “facelift”. I want to be the “facelift” your brand has been waiting for.
I also started offering brand photography at the beginning of this year, whether it be for product photography or headshots and similar professional photos. Having professional photos is absolutely a game changer for your social media pages.
Who else deserves credit in your story?
My parents have always been supportive of my business endeavors. My dad helps me with all the ins and outs and little details of my businesses that I don’t even think to keep in mind.
