Today we’d like to introduce you to Asharah Damore.
Hi Asharah, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I relocated to Atlanta, GA in 2009 to begin my professional career as an entertainer. After many years of collaborating with other creatives on their projects, I felt it was time for me to step out on my own. In 2017, I founded my omni media brand Asharah Unlimited. I wanted to have more control over the trajectory of my career and to diversify the projects that I was in involved in.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Starting a business is not for the faint of heart. If you are in it for the long haul, you have to be totally committed to the success of your company and whatever you decide to do. For example, the children’s book that we just published Princess Jona Cleans Her Room was a three years long project. I had to stay committed through the ups and downs. It was a lot of trial and miscalculations. In the end, it was totally worth because I now have a product that is available for everyone to see and purchase at Amazon and Barnes and Noble.

Something that people may be surprised to know is that we recently hosted a private event celebrating my birthday, the launch of Princess Jona Cleans Her Room and the reveal of our new luxury fragrance FREE by Asharah.K that will be available very soon.
