EJene’ Award-winning, Bestselling, science fiction, fantasy author, therapy advocate and loving mom, Eddwina Jene’ Adams aka EJene’ knows intimately how tragedy and trauma can shape one’s life.

She first started her journey as an author in 2020 after the death of her nine years old niece that committed suicide due to racial bullying in school and also became a motivational speaker to help others who faced similar traumas.

EJene’ is a native of Linden, Alabama and a graduate from Demopolis High School. With an educational background that encompasses a range of fields from urban planning and psychology to sociology, she is a well-rounded professional whose words carry depth that resonates with readers.

EJene’ also has a Bachelor of Science degree from Faulkner University and also specialized in Human Resources and Management.

At present, EJene’ has won an award for her authorship, has self-published four books namely, “What Death Do We Part”,“What Death Do We Part II”, “Living Life After Death” and “Living Life After Death II”; which both of her books in the two part series of “What Death do we part “became a bestseller. All four are available on Amazon, Amazon Kindle, and her website EJENELLC.COM.

Some Proceeds from her books go to The McKenzie Foundation.

As a highly energetic and fun-loving individual, she is adored by her readers and audience. Besides authoring books, her bubbly and positive personality made her perfect as an interviewer at red carpet and charity events. She also has a new podcast called The Naked Podcast where the Naked Truth is revealed.

As an avid advocate for victims of bullying, she has also been a keynote speaker at bullying prevention events across many states.

EJENE’ is turning her first book into a movie and throughout the movie, you will see McKenzie story told.

Currently, she is a political hopeful for an elected seat on the Henry County(GA) School Board Member District 4. Eddwina is determined to heal her community from the ground up.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No, it hasn’t been a smooth ride the issues that I face is that because I’m a motivational speaker. I have to speak about the passing of my niece every time I speak; and when that happens, I have to relive the past of the most devastating part of my life.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m a motivational speaker I’m running for a political office award-winning, 4x self-published, 2x best-selling author; movie director, movie producer, and movie screenwriter.

I’m most proud of my determination and my drive and what sets me apart from others is that I don’t have to have everyone to give me the okay follow my dreams.

I believe in myself first, pray, speak it and get it done.

In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
Well due to the pandemic everything that was out as it pertains to content was watched and view millions of times because America only had time to watch a lot of TV because we were all at home because of the pandemic so therefore because I am an author turning books into movies is probably the next big thing and I just so happen to have four and my fifth book will be released later this year as well as my movie.
