Check Out Darius Goodwin’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Darius Goodwin.

Hi Darius, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Well back in 2016 before I knew that I had an urge for Entrepreneurship or a brand or anything, I was chilling in my living room one day, just relaxing and The word “Stimulated Minds” came across my thought process and it stuck with me, I couldn’t stop saying it. I had to do some soul searching on what it meant to me and my life but when I did, I knew I had something.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Nothing worth having is easy but I had to learn that the hard way. Me personally, I didn’t have anyone to teach me the game or to correct me on my wrongdoings beforehand, so I learned from my own experiences. Another struggle that I had and sometimes still do but especially in the beginning is Finances! I didn’t know how to strategically place my funds. I could go on and on about the struggles, lol.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
So I basically run a clothing company that will eventually grow into a number of different things but for now, I’m strictly focused on building stimulates minds to be one of the best out there. I’m most known for my leadership, I’d say and they want to go and get the game and bring it back to my people. I’m most proud that I’m a young black male that’s putting his best foot forward everyday and maintaining my mental health and freedom.

If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
Me losing my father at 13 kinds of shifted my teen years. I became shut off and quiet because I was confused and had questions. I had and still have a deep passion for music, I think that’s one of the things that was passed down to me was music. As a teen, I would make mixtapes off of the radio and make a some copies for my homies, lol. So even today, I have dreams of being a DJ.
