Meet Diamond Freeman of Pure Diamond Aesthetics

Today we’d like to introduce you to Diamond Freeman.

Hi Diamond, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I started lashing in March of 2020, it was a rough time because the pandemic had just started. I wasn’t able to lash how I wanted because everyone was scared to come outside at the time. So like the boss that I am, I serviced my close friends and family. After some time passed, I started taking outside clients, then they started bringing friends and aunties to all get serviced by TieraaMINKS! Fast forward, I sparked an interest in skincare. I applied to Paul Mitchell the School Esani and began my journey as an esthetician in May 2021. I am now graduated and on my way to take my state boards. Now welcoming Pure Diamond Aesthetics!

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The road for me wasn’t smooth at all. I was going through depression, I lost my father in September of 2021. It was some days I didn’t want to wake up. But through it all, I prayed that God would make a way, and he did. Going to school saved me, I was around a group of phenomenal women that pushed me to be the best I could be every single day. I thank God, my family, friends, and my amazing class and instructors.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
Pure Diamond Aesthetics will be a worldwide company full of all things beauty. The first part of my company will be serving adults who want skincare results. Whether it’s a chemical peel, laser hair removal, or even body waxing. Results are a must. The second part of my company will be dedicated to kids of all ages. Pure Diamond Aesthetics will be hosting kid spa parties. Our job is to make the parent’s life a little easier through papering their babies.

Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
God will always be first My family, close friends, classmates, instructors, my mentor, and my social media cousins. I thank each and every one of them! Without them, I would be lost! I’m truly grateful.
