Today we’d like to introduce you to Zachary Taylor.
Hi Zachary, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I started my career in the tech field after college. I worked in public sector for a few years before moving to Atlanta. I continued to work in tech when I met my now real estate broker before the pandemic. It was through that meeting that I decided to start a career in real estate. I was really inspired by her story and it motivated me to finally pursue real estate, which was always a private passion of mine. I attended real estate school and was licensed within a few months. Starting my career at the height of the pandemic was a challenge, but it really forced me out of my comfort zone. I am now working on growing my business and expanding my brand ztrealty. As I continue to service current and future clients, my goal is to provide a level of service that will make their experience as smooth as possible. I understand personally how stressful and scary the homebuying process can be, so when clients choose me to represent them I do not take the task lightly. I am currently servicing first-time home buyers which is my niche in this market as most of them represent my demographic. Therefore I really understand their needs from a personal perspective.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
When I started my real estate business, there were definitely hurdles I had to overcome. I believe at every stage of your business, there will be different obstacles. I know for me my main struggle was building strong relationships with partners in my industry and consumers. I found that no matter what the obstacle is the answer is consistency and training. Staying consistent is important even when motivation is lacking, and seeking training and education builds confidence. So any problem that I face, I apply both concepts and keep trying until I find a method that resolves the issue.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about ZT Realty?
I am a licensed Georgia real estate agent and my company is ZT Realty. I am also a part of the Atlanta Board of Realtors. I specialize in both commercial and residential real estate. I service clients in metro Atlanta as well as varying parts of rural Georgia. I have also built a list of partnerships with lending institutions that offer a wide range of financial products that offer services for specialty clients such as entrepreneurs and entertainers. I have worked on building a business that can service individuals and companies in finding primary residences, commercial leases, investment properties, and commercial purchases. I have the ability to assist first-time homebuyers and educating them on the home buying process. My brand is built to support a diverse clientele with specific needs, and I am proud to say that I am thorough and intentional about helping my clients obtain ownership and building equity by understanding the power of acquiring appreciating assets.
