Born and raised in Brazil, Fatima has always been passionate about event planning and started working with events in 2010, worked in several areas of the event business, having a wide experience in the production of social, corporate and marriage events. She moved to Atlanta / GA when she turned 21, where she met her husband Simon and together founded the company Atlanta Events and more. A company specialized in complete planning and coordination of marriages and events, where they found their passion in making the dream of the wedding day a reality for their customers!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Throughout our walk, so no doubt we pass through many challenges. Some of them in particular was adapting to a new culture, a new language and a totally different style of work from the Brazil’s event market for the United States event market. But we can say today that we are winning every day all these challenges with much persistence and hard work.
