Today we’d like to introduce you to Aaron Robey.
Hi Aaron, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I am an online fitness trainer, actor, bodybuilder, and model living in Atlanta, GA. ATL has been my home for almost 2 decades but born in Columbus, Ohio. Today, I’m launching a fitness ebook from the knowledge I have gained from failures in bodybuilding, personal training, and everyday life. Creating and maintaining a physique that I was happy with took years. I have compiled all the wisdom, tips, and tricks that I have used to get in shape and printed them in the form of my ebook, “FITNESS TIPS FROM WITHIN MY HEAD’.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Smooth road? Lol. Absolutely not. Talking from personal experiences, I have been on the very bottom and had to climb my way up to eventually fall back down again. This has happened several times in my life. Resources and a solid network of like-minded individuals are probably most entrepeaures’ biggest feat. Weeding out the users, copycats and haters will open your network greatly. This road will never be easy, but it’s a little easier if you are not carrying extra lbs on your back.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I’m also a film director. In conjunction with creating a fitness ebook, I also created and filmed a documentary of my fitness journey preparing for my bodybuilding competitions. Having ideas and being creative is half the battle of any project. Creating film projects has unlocked a new, higher level in my brain. As with any project I start, I must complete it at the highest level possible. No questions asked. I researched, studied, and executed. If you apply these 3 key verbs to your next project will see a high level of success. My creativity and drive put me miles ahead of others.

I’m a networking junkie. I believe your circle can take you and your business to the nearest planet. With that being said, I’m always open to collab with anyone serious about their craft. Everyone knows someone. But you have to bring something to the table. I will never sit at a table with nothing to offer. I will leave and come back when I have leveled up.
