Hi Jessica, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Our family had made the decision to relocate to the Alpharetta area in North Atlanta. I fell in love with the area while traveling here for business. My husband and I found a home online while living in the west coast, so we called the agent to place an offer. Once living in the area, I realized that I could not find a medical spa to my liking. This sparked the idea and business opportunity to create Park Ave Cosmetic Center. It was my purpose to create a serene place where men & women could enhance their skin with the most modern non-invasive beauty procedures available.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
There is no such thing as a smooth road when it comes to building your own business. The main challenge was self-doubt along with a large financial commitment. It’s really hard to sit there and pay everyone else but yourself, not knowing if you are ever going to recover your investment or make a profit.

Park Ave Cosmetic Center’s focus is turning back the clock. Our anti-aging beauty remedies such as botox, dermal fillers, plasma, pdo threads, lasers, facials, medical-grade skin care are a great way to keep ourselves looking healthy and youthful. What makes us unique is the attention to detail to the customer experience. Products alone don’t make a business, the secret is within the expertise and care that our staff provides.

In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
The medical spa and aesthetics business is predicted to double to over 27 billion by 2025. Women used to hide the fact that they got work done now they brag about it. Thanks to social media, beauty trends are no longer for celebrities. The biggest trend is younger people coming in and being proactive about maintaining youthful skin.
