Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The path has not been smooth always, I believe struggles and obstacles are necessary to see how great it can feel, be and continue to become!
I suffered a major mental breakdown that really placed me rock bottom, but with the help of my mindset, friends, therapy and medication, I was able to come back stronger than ever! As a female in a males world with many pressures from being a woman in high positions, to money brackets, to female roles based on cultural traditions, I have made a path that is right for me and to show all those little girls that you hold the power in your hands. You make your life whatever you want it to be.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am the Director of Operations and Lead Consultant for our Multi million-dollar/nationwide clients. What sets us apart is that we consult based on experience, science, methods, formulas and best of all we dont just tell you what to do to scale your business we implement along your side to make sure your vision becomes a reality. I am extremely proud to help my clients because not only do I consult in marketing, finance, operations and financial, I am also focused on creating data-driven businesses with individuals who are just as motivated and ambitious as I am. I love that my clients trust me and then see results. Their wins are my wins. We are getting ready to launch a co-written book with Luis Scott about Leadership, we have Masterminds across the country four times a year and we are on our way to having our elite boardroom which has the top 20% earners that are businesses in revenue from 8M to 35M! one of my personal clients is the 35M! I cant wait to see them grow and scale! We speak to the owner, but we impact thousands of employees lifes! We push our vision of becoming the leading authority in law firm building by expanding our knowledge to as many as we can through all coaching programs and specialized training on a monthly basis.
What were you like growing up?
I was a very ambitious young kid! I grew up by my brother’s side, who is my biggest mentor. We grew up well, but we had an obstacle not most know about and that is raising ourselves from a young age until we both paid for our own cars, colleges, worked jobs, and now we both are in the 10% highest earners in the country. Life was great, lonely, but always driven by success! There was no other way than to always be more and better. Thanks to him and a professor from high school, I have always had an interest in Leadership, community service, and helping those in need, mentally and emotionally. I was always the one to give advice and help others achieve their dreams!
