Today we’d like to introduce you to Moneee Monroeee.
Hi Moneee, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
When I was 13 years old, I took my first headshot at the beach in Jacksonville, Florida. Therefore, I submitted my headshot to the Barbizon School of Modeling. They submitted all of my stuff to different producers. I got my first background role as an actress in this movie called Run, Hide, Fight. My second featured role was Lady of the Manor with Justin Long. In 2022, I got a background role on Tyler Perry’s A Jazzman’s Blues. Then, in 2023, I was a featured background actress on The Color Purple with Oprah. I traveled all over to have headshots and branding pictures taken by different photographers. I traveled to Orlando, Florida, New York, and Atlanta to have pictures taken of me.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has not been a smooth road trying to break into the acting industry. My mom is my manager, and she made sure that I got to all my casting calls on time. Therefore, we drove 16 hours from Jacksonville, FL, to Chicago in 2019 for me to be a featured background actress on the TV show Shameless. We drove 14 hours from Jacksonville, Florida, to Dallas, Texas, for me to be a background actress on this movie called Run, Hide, Fight.I am still willing to struggle and do whatever it takes to break into the acting industry, no matter what risks come along with it.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
My moneee monroeee brand is my public figure brand. Moneee Monroeee is a singer, dancer, and actress. I want to start my own podcast for that brand as well. I want to be positive for everyone around the world and let others know that I am not a perfect human being, but I can help everyone around the world have confidence in themselves and believe in themselves because that is what it takes to be successful and to stay positive. I am known for a variety of businesses and brands. I also have my own LLC children’s e-commerce boutique brand. It caters to mothers, fathers, and children.
What makes you happy?
What makes me happy is being able to go out and explore. Traveling makes me happy. Meeting new people makes me happy. Achieving goals makes me happy, and conquering my dreams makes me happy.
