Hi Chef, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Hello, my name is Chef Wic, and I am a restaurateur. My culinary journey began in fast food, where I first discovered my passion for cooking and the restaurant industry. This led me to take on a dishwasher position at a fine dining establishment, where I was thrilled to work in a kitchen known for producing high-caliber cuisine. I worked my way up to the position of sous chef, and it was during this time that I decided to enroll in culinary school and fully commit to this career path.
Afterward, I gained experience working in various fine dining establishments and eventually decided to share my knowledge by teaching culinary arts. However, I felt it was time for a change, so I moved to Georgia, where I worked as a chef consultant in fine and casual dining before pursuing my own ventures.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It hasn’t been a smooth road, and any aspiring entrepreneur should understand that challenges are part of the journey. As restaurateurs, our daily routine involves solving problems and adapting to new situations. For me, some of the biggest challenges have included navigating the impact of COVID-19, managing rising food costs, dealing with labor shortages, and keeping up with the ever-changing trends in the industry. However, facing these obstacles has made me more resilient and has strengthened my skills and expertise.

We are a fast-casual concept dedicated to serving healthy alternatives to our community, specializing in chef-driven, health-conscious food options. We’re known not only for our great food and excellent customer service but also for our deep love for the community and our commitment to crafting the best possible products. We’re proud of our brand because it allows us to provide quality, healthier options to our customers while actively participating in various charitable contributions within our community.

Do you any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
My favorite childhood memory is of my grandfather teaching me how to make gravy for the first time. I was amazed that something so delicious could be made from just grease and flour. That moment sparked a deep curiosity in me about food and cooking.
