Hi TJK+, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
TJK+ is a creative powerhouse led by Jamez T and Kay Thomas, two visionary artists who share a passion for storytelling, branding, and content creation.

Jamez T brings over 25 years of experience in the entertainment and branding industry, known for transforming ideas into bold visual narratives through photography, videography, and film. His work spans gritty documentaries, album covers, and high-end campaigns, collaborating with top names like Teddy Riley, Adidas, Universal Music Group, and Tamla Motown Records.

Kay Thomas with 15+ years of experience as a Creative Director, Photographer, videographer, and now the creative behind Neuro Beatz Podcast. She specializes in brand identity and visual storytelling, helping businesses and individuals craft powerful content with intention and style. Known for her sharp eye and strategic approach, she’s become a trusted name in creative spaces.

Together, they form TJK+—where vision meets execution, and every project is built to leave a lasting impact.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Smooth, definitely not. We like to think of our experience of riding down an old dirt country road. The ride is fun, and the breeze is blowing in from the open windows being down. Inside, we enough laughs, small talk, loud singing, sometimes even crying. When you get out of the car to step back and take a look, to find out that the enjoyment that you had inside ended up making the vehicle dirty on the outside. Was the drive still worth it even though you washed your SUV just the other day? YES! Our journey has had its ups and downs throughout the years, yet it has made us who we are today.

TJK+ is a creative agency founded by Jamez T and Kay Thomas, combining over 40 years of experience in entertainment, media, and brand storytelling. We specialize in photography, videography, brand development, and content creation for artists, businesses, and organizations.

We’re most proud of the impact we’ve made, from working with global names to helping local entrepreneurs build standout brands. Within the company we also have a music department lead by The Generation, group of young individuals where we help brand music artist, give guidance on artist development, as well as write and produce music.

Also in the music department we have Neuro Beatz Podcast with your hosts Kay Thomas, Jamez T, and Nino Brown. So if you are in the music industry, we would love to set up an online based interview with you, unless local to learn about your musical process. Last but not least, our film making side is called Genisys Films with producer.
