A mother, spiritual mentor, coach, and community leader, India Leigh channels her intuitive gifts into a service deeply rooted in connection, clarity and spiritual alignment. Through private sessions, group offerings and her podcast, she continues to help clients, not only in Atlanta but worldwide, quiet and focus the mind, trust the spirit and step into their highest truth.

India Leigh’s journey into intuition and spiritual coaching began later in life, after becoming a mother in her 40s following a lengthy and difficult fertility journey. That pivotal life shift brought unexpected gifts, including clairvoyance, clairsentience and claircognizance, which she embraced following confirmation from a seasoned psychic. This awakening, paired with her connection to spirit guides, inspired her to pivot from her previous career as a journalist and editor and step fully into her role as an Intuitive Reader and Inner Connection Coach.

Fueled by a deep passion for relationship-centered healing, she further pursued training as a Certified Relationship Coach through Relationship Reinvented/Root Camp™, blending coaching with spiritual insight to fully support her clients.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The road has been beautiful and miraculous, but definitely not always smooth. Like so many intuitive healers and spiritual entrepreneurs, my path has been filled with deep lessons that came through challenge. My journey really began with anxiety — the kind that quietly hums in the background and sometimes roars to the surface. For a long time, I didn’t realize that what I was experiencing was my sensitivity to energy and the intuitive messages constantly coming through.

Learning to cope with that anxiety became the opening for everything. I started exploring mindfulness, energy work and intuitive practices — not because I thought it would become my career, but because I was desperate for tools to help me feel balanced and more at ease in my own skin. Over time, those tools transformed into a spiritual connection that completely changed my life. As I learned to quiet the noise, trust my guides, and listen to my own inner wisdom, the anxiety began to dissolve, and I started to see my sensitivity as a gift rather than a burden.

That shift led me to share what I was learning with others — first in small, informal ways, and then more intentionally as I saw the impact it had on people. Building a business around my intuitive gifts wasn’t easy; I had to keep facing those same fears of being “too much” or “not enough.” But every time I worked through those moments, I came out with a deeper sense of clarity and purpose. Now, when I work with clients, I can hold space for them in a way that comes from experience. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, and I know the freedom that comes when you learn to align with your intuition and release the fear.

There were also the practical struggles of building a business around something so deeply personal and energetic — learning how to balance holding sacred space for others while also honoring my own boundaries, my energy, and my need for rest and restoration. Over time, I’ve come to see that the bumps in the road are part of the journey Spirit designed for me: opportunities to deepen my faith, strengthen my connection to my guides, and expand my compassion — both for myself and for those I serve. Every challenge has shaped my ability to meet clients with a grounded, loving presence, and to help them trust that even their most difficult seasons are leading them somewhere beautiful and aligned.

What do you like and dislike about the city?
What I love most about Atlanta is the energy and warmth of the people and the place itself — there’s this beautiful blend of creativity, resilience and ease here that makes it such a special place to live and work. The spiritual and creative communities are so rich and diverse, and I love that there’s always an opportunity to connect, collaborate and grow together. Plus, there’s something about the mix of big-city energy with that Southern charm and relaxation that just feels like home to me. I also absolutely adore being a part of Atlanta’s fabulous events! I have done readings at events at the Georgia Aquarium, Atlantic Station, the Roxy Theater at The Battery, the Intercontinental Hotel in Buckhead and more.
It can be a challenge to get from one part of the city to another, but honestly, even that has taught me a lot about patience and finding little moments of peace in the middle of the chaos.
