Hi Lilly , thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started to do comedy in college , and it escalated from there, the pandemic made it so I could no longer do stand up so I got into video work. I have been making vids for 20 years (I also majored in film) and now I try to balance the two.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
No it was not, I had a dude gamble away my money while I was doing free lance film and then I got super broke and had to finesse so I wouldn’t be homeless
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I do comedy and film, right now I am focused on a sorta adult swim style but I love playing with satire and copying some of the crazy shit I see online. I think the combination of my illustration and art background sets me apart. Also my technical editing skills as a comedian helps. Also I think I’m rly funny
