Exploring Life & Business with CHUNIKA GREEN of Need It Now Notary LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to CHUNIKA GREEN.

Hi CHUNIKA, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I started Need It Now Notary LLC in November 2021 when a friend needed a notary at 1am in the morning. Yeah 1am- instead of getting upset, I saw and quickly realized what an incredible opportunity it was to serve my community by providing such an essential service. At first, all I knew about becoming a Georgia notary is taking a class and gathering supplies, but as I dug deeper into the notary world, I discovered just how many paths and possibilities there were. From notary signing agents to government contracting through SAM.gov, I learned that notaries are needed everywhere- businesses , hospitals, schools, jails, real estate closing, etc. That journey opened my eyes to how valuable notaries truly are, and it inspired me to build a business dedicated to meeting those needs with professionalism and care.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The journey has definitely come with its challenges. When I first began, I had very little direction beyond completing the required class and purchasing supplies. Navigating the notary industry meant a lot of independent research and trial and error, especially as I learned about the wide range of opportunities- from loan signings to government contracting. Building visibility, earning client trust, marketing and mastering the technical details all required patients and persistence. While it wasn’t always easy, each obstacle became a learning experience that helped me grow stronger in business and more confident in the value I bring to my clients.

We’ve been impressed with Need It Now Notary LLC, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business is dedicated to providing reliable, accessible, and professional notary services to individuals, businesses, and organizations in need of trusted document authentication. I specialize in general/mobile notary work as well as loan signings, and I’m continually expanding into opportunities such as government contracting and partnerships with schools, hospitals, and corporate entities.

What sets my business apart is my focus on community and client care. I don’t just notarize documents-I ensure clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process. Whether I’m assisting with a single signature or facilitating a complex signing, professionalism, attention to detail, and integrity are always at the core of my service.

Brand-wise, I am most proud of building a reputation rooted in trust and consistency. For me, being a notary isn’t just about stamping papers; it’s about helping people navigate important moments in their lives with confidence and peace of mind.

I want readers to know that my brand is about more than convenience- it’s about delivering dependable service with a personal touch, and finding innovative ways to meet the notary needs of every sector, from individuals to large organizations.

If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
The quality I feel is most important to my success is perseverance. Building a business hasn’t always been easy, but staying consistent, learning through challenges, and pushing forward even when the path wasn’t clear has made all the difference. Perseverance , combined with professionalism and integrity, has allowed me to earn trust, grow my skills and keep serving my community with confidence.
