Hi Crystal, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started my journey in the hemp industry back in 2017 and have watched it grow and evolve ever since. After helping launch two brands, one centered on CBD wellness and another on THC edibles, creating Nine Dot Cannabis Beverages just felt like the natural next step.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Its anything than a smooth ride. I usually describe it as a rollercoaster! There are definitely ups and downs, like in any industry, but we keep moving forward. Along the way, I’ve really focused on building strong relationships. One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned with having a drink brand is that it’s not just about Nine Dot—it’s about how Nine Dot can help others. When we get Nine Dot into a new restaurant or business, it becomes less about our product and more about how we can support that partner’s growth and success.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Anything you see—I’ve probably had a hand in it. I lead all of our creative projects, from packaging and signage to overall brand design. With Nine Dot’s bright and playful colors, it’s an easy brand to get inspired by. I also manage our events and sponsorships, working to get Nine Dot into as many pop-ups, festivals, and community spaces as possible—which, in Atlanta, feels endless! Lately, I’ve been focused on developing our two newest flavors, Peach Punch and Berry Punch. My background in communication and health promotion ties into everything I do, helping me connect creativity with purpose in this industry.
