Today we’d like to introduce you to Jill Williams.
Hi Jill, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
My name is Jill St. Williams, affectionately known as *Jay-Jill* or *DigitalBeautyBae”. I am a multi-brand entrepreneur and educator dedicated to helping beauty and wellness professionals build freedom through business ownership and digital income. I’m also a Farmasi Beauty Influencer
Through my platform **Digital Beauty Bae**, I teach spa owners, estheticians, and creatives how to launch digital done-for-you products, automate their income, and create beauty-driven brands that thrive online. I’m also the founder of Jay-Jill Cosmetics and Pure Screening Solutions LLC, a mobile and in-office drug testing and fingerprinting company based in Gainesville, Florida.
As a Licensed Esthetician, Professional Makeup Artist, Farmasi Beauty Influencer, Background Actress, and Retired Corrections Officer, I’ve spent years helping others transform their skills into sustainable businesses. My work began with helping “Beauti-preneurs” launch private-label skincare and makeup lines through the Jay-Jill Glamcademy, and today it extends into teaching how to open your own Drug Testing Collection Site, AI Animations & Jingles, Digital Education and online business development.
I’m a Spa Boss Tribe Hall of Fame Inductee and two-time recipient of the **Best Products** and **Spa Excellence Awards**, honors that continue to remind me why I pour so much into helping others reach success on their own terms.
Outside of beauty and business, I’m also an independent artist, Jay St. Williams, blending AI and music. I discovered the healing power of songwriting after creating my first single, “I Almost Let Go,” which I wrote, produced, and released in memory of my mother — my guardian angel. Through that process, I found a way to release the grief and sadness I had been carrying.
Today, I have three original songs streaming on all major platforms “I Almost Let Go”, “Momma Wait A Minute”, and “Money Be Calling Me”. and I also teach others how to use music and creativity as tools for expression and healing. Music allows me to explore another side of my artistry while showing how technology and entrepreneurship can open new doors for emotional and financial freedom. It lifted me out of a dark place and helped me feel lighter, grounded, and whole again.
I like to say entrepreneurship runs in my blood. My mother owned Flo’s Beauty Salon, and my father still runs James Janitorial Service. I grew up surrounded by the energy of beauty, hard work, and independence. Spending my childhood in the salon, watching my mom create confidence and connection through beauty, shaped how I see business today. Their example made ownership feel natural to me — it wasn’t just something I wanted to do, it was who I was meant to be.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
As for what I do, my foundation has always been beauty and transformation. For years, I specialized in helping clients regain their confidence through skincare and cosmetic services, especially those who faced challenges such as thinning or damaged brows, skin concerns, or post-treatment sensitivity. What I loved most was seeing how small changes could restore someone’s sense of self-worth.
No this journey has not been easy. I realize I was my biggest problem and remaining stuck in a place where the mindset of our own community is lacking, I don’t live in a city where healthy skin and beauty is a necessity so I had to pivot and figure out how to reach the world and that is through digital and physical products, pre-employment drug testing and fingerprinting. The average person may not want lipgloss but they will definitely need these fingerprints and drug test.
Over time, I realized my purpose had evolved. I made a major pivot from providing services to teaching others how to build their own success. Today, I focus on helping spa and beauty professionals create additional income streams, whether through becoming beauty influencers, opening their own drug testing collection sites, or launching digital done-for-you products. My mission now is to teach others how to move from working behind the chair to achieving freedom through education, ownership, and digital entrepreneurship.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
My work is all about helping other women build freedom through beauty and business. I’m the founder of Digital Beauty Bae, where I teach spa professionals, estheticians, and beauty bosses how to make money online with digital done-for-you products, courses, and influencer partnerships. I also own Pure Screening Solutions LLC, a drug testing and fingerprinting company in Gainesville, Florida, and Jay-Jill Cosmetics, my first love and the brand that started it all.
What I’m most proud of is how I’ve been able to pivot and still keep my purpose. I went from working behind the chair to teaching everything I’ve learned about beauty, business, and branding. That shift wasn’t easy, but it changed my life — and now I get to show other women how to do the same.
What sets me apart is my mix of faith, hustle, and creativity. I’ve built everything I have from the ground up, and I’m still learning, growing, and helping others rise with me. I blend beauty, business, and digital innovation in a way that feels real and reachable. I’ve walked this road myself, and I bring that same energy into everything I teach — because when one of us wins, we all win.
How do you define success?
To me, success isn’t about money or titles it’s about peace, purpose, and impact. Knowing to keep GOD first in everything I do.
Success is waking up and loving what I do, knowing I’m using my gifts to help somebody else change their life. It’s having the freedom to create, to rest when I need to, and to move how I want without apology. I’ve learned that real success comes when you stop chasing validation and start walking in your calling. That’s when everything begins to align.
