Community Highlights: Meet Jeremy Norman of Norluxe Realty

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jeremy Norman.

Hi Jeremy, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Jeremy launched Norluxe Realty (formerly Norman & Associates) in 2019. He started building his dream in Birmingham, AL moved from an apartment complex in Dunwoody, GA, Tucker, GA, and now has the headquarters residing in Dunwoody, GA.

With a clear mission, Jeremy wanted to create space for African-Americans and other minorities to thrive in every corner of the real estate world—residential, commercial, and luxury.

What started as a personal vision has grown into one of the largest minority-owned luxury real estate brokerages in the country, with over 300 agents and offices in Atlanta-Midtown, Birmingham, Houston, Huntsville, Miami, Jacksonville, Dallas, and more coming soon.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Not at all—but every challenge helped shape Norluxe into what it is today. Starting out, we knew the real estate industry wasn’t built with diversity in mind. We faced doubt, had to work twice as hard to be taken seriously, and often found ourselves in rooms where we were the only ones who looked like us.

But we pushed through. We stayed focused on our mission, built genuine relationships, and created a space where people feel seen and valued. The support from our community and the passion of our team kept us going. Now, we’re proud to say we’ve not only made it through—we’re thriving, and we’re just getting started.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
At Norluxe Realty, we’re all about doing real estate differently. Led by Jeremy Norman—who’s spent over 20 years building a reputation for excellence—we’ve created a firm that blends luxury service with real community impact. We work with everyone from first-time buyers to high-profile clients in sports and entertainment, offering everything from residential and commercial sales to corporate relocation services.

What makes us different? We genuinely care. Our team is known for going above and beyond, making sure every client feels seen, heard, and supported. We’ve built strong relationships with companies like Google and Microsoft, and we’ve had the honor of helping clients like Marvin Sapp and Rickey Smiley find their perfect spaces.

But what we’re most proud of is how we give back. Whether it’s showing up at HBCU college fairs, hosting school supply drives, or mentoring students through internships, we’re committed to making a difference beyond the deal.
At Norluxe, we’re not just selling properties—we’re building legacy, creating access, and raising the bar for what real estate can be.

Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
For sure! One thing I’ve learned is that mentorship isn’t just helpful—it’s essential. Real estate can be fast-paced and overwhelming, especially when you’re new or trying to grow. That’s why at Norluxe Realty, we’ve built a mentorship program right into our brokerage. Jeremy Norman, our founder, is big on making sure agents feel supported, not just professionally but personally. He’s always said, “We rise by lifting others,” and that’s exactly how we operate.

If you’re looking for a mentor, start by finding someone whose values align with yours—someone who’s not just successful, but also willing to share the journey. And when it comes to networking, don’t overthink it. Show up, be genuine, and stay curious. Some of the best connections come from simply being open and asking questions. At Norluxe, we believe in building real relationships, not just contacts—and that mindset has made all the difference.
