Hi Emanuel , thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Hi guys I’m Young Wunna, I’m 21 years old and I’m an artist I don’t identify with any musical genre 🎶.
Everything is born from total abandonment and from finding me alone and bullied by everyone I found a connection with my musical alter ego he is called Wünna thanks to these 2 minds I prepare music
I am a second generation boy where already at the start I find myself facing two different cultures I have Nigerian origins but my alter ego is Jamaican my albums represent a stage and a phase each album is a personal growth and of those who listen to it not for the words but for the sound and the frequencies that make the human brain connect to a similar phase the music I make is only for those who are in the balance and need a hand to get up I am like a father who takes care of every child he listens My texts do not represent a linear story but a form of life outside of reality and a language that will be studied in the future mixed language between Wunna and English (Wungalese)
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The difficulties were in understanding that people like to see you lose I went through depression for a while and I got bald because I wasn’t interested in attracting people bullying and pointing the finger led me to listen to music the only one that brought me to life was gunna artist from whom I took my nickname winner has many meanings for me they helped me
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I’m known for the weird guy who makes weird music but I don’t care about criticism. My role covers everything from singing to mixing to publishing. I don’t deal with production. I’m proud of what I’ll do but I prefer to redo everything I’m doing for the next 400 lives because I know that channeling positive messages through frequencies helps my occasional listeners and some hidden fans with positive energy
