Hi Franchesca, thank you for taking the time to reflect back on your journey with us. I think our readers are in for a real treat. There is so much we can all learn from each other and so thank you again for opening up with us. Let’s get into it: What is something outside of work that is bringing you joy lately?
You’re happiest when you’re creating something beautiful that helps others and reflects your heart. 💖

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Franchesca Moultrie is a woman who believes in faith, hard work, and the power of purpose. A proud mother and multi-passionate entrepreneur, she’s the heart behind Serenity Home Care & Transportation Services, Toddler Town Academy, and The Luxe Lengths.

Franchesca’s journey is rooted in service and strength. From caring for children and seniors to empowering women to chase their dreams, she’s built her businesses with love, vision, and determination. Her creativity shines through everything she touches—whether she’s designing luxury beauty experiences, mentoring others, or finding new ways to make her community feel seen and cared for.

Driven by her belief that you can create a beautiful life no matter where you start, Franchesca continues to inspire others to lead with passion, faith, and heart.

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. Who were you before the world told you who you had to be?
Before the world told me who I had to be, I was a dreamer with a giving heart. I was that little girl who loved to help, who saw beauty in everything, and who believed she could do anything if she put her mind to it. I wasn’t defined by titles or expectations—I was guided by love, creativity, and a deep desire to make people feel cared for.

Somewhere along the way, life tried to shape me into what it thought I should be, but I’ve found my way back to her—the girl who leads with faith, builds from her heart, and creates spaces where others can feel seen, safe, and inspired. That’s who I’ve always been.

Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
When I almost gave up, it was my late Pops who kept me going. Even though he’s no longer here, his strength, his words, and his belief in me still echo in everything I do. He taught me to never fold, no matter how heavy life gets. When he passed away in 2023 from cancer, I felt a part of me break—but I also felt him push me to keep moving.

My children, especially my son Davonta, give me that same fire. Watching him fight through sickle cell with courage reminds me that giving up isn’t an option. If he can keep going through his pain, I can keep going through mine.

And then there’s my mom. She depends on me—she’s my “why” just as much as they are. Knowing she has no one else pushes me to keep showing up, no matter how tired I get.

They are the reason I keep standing. The reason I fight. The reason I still believe that purpose comes from pain—and that love never lets you quit.

I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
What Really Matters to Franchesca
1. Family above all else
Your love for your kids, your mom, and your late Pops is front and center. You show up for them in ways big and small, and you make decisions based on how it will impact them.
2. Faith & perseverance
You cling to faith—even when times get tough. You believe deeply that challenges aren’t stopping points but stepping stones. Giving in is not an option for you.
3. Being a source of strength and care
You naturally gravitate toward caring for others—kids, seniors, anyone who needs you. You value showing kindness, reliability, and being someone others can lean on.
4. Making something beautiful out of struggle
You believe in turning pain into purpose. Whether through business, beauty, or service, you want your life to reflect growth, creativity, and hope.
5. Legacy through impact
You want to leave something that matters—not just for you, but for others. What you build (homes, businesses, support systems) is about more than success; it’s about uplifting lives, especially those around you: your family, your community.

Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
When I’m gone, I think people will tell the story of a woman who never gave up—no matter what life threw at her. They’ll talk about how I loved hard, cared deeply, and gave everything I had to my family, my businesses, and my community.

They’ll remember how I turned pain into purpose—how I kept showing up even when my heart was heavy from loss, how I kept building when it would’ve been easier to stop. They’ll tell stories about how I poured into others, encouraged people to believe in themselves, and made everyone I touched feel seen and loved.

I hope they’ll say I was the kind of woman who left light everywhere I went. That I didn’t just chase success—I chased meaning. And that through it all, I stayed true to who I was: a woman led by faith, fueled by love, and determined to make her time here matter.
