Life, Values & Legacy: Our Chat with Christina C

Christina C shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.

Christina, so good to connect and we’re excited to share your story and insights with our audience. There’s a ton to learn from your story, but let’s start with a warm up before we get into the heart of the interview. What is a normal day like for you right now?
Right now I still work an in-person job from 9am -5pm. In the mornings, I wake up around 7am and check e-mails while I get ready for the day and go to work. I usually go straight from work to a content collaboration and spend the evening creating and editing content or seeing friends! I like to try to sleep around 9:30 pm because I am just always sleepy. So that is a pretty typical day for me right now! On weekends I usually wake up early and have a fully packed day of acitivites with friends.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Christina, and I am a content creator based in Atlanta. I also create travel content on my alternate page @cwissio.travels . I really enjoy making content and just sharing about things and businesses that I like so I can spread the word to other people! I have been working on slowly growing so that I can reach more people, but the path has been so fun and rewarding! I am working on doing more photography based work now because that’s what I started out with, and I would like to get more into social media management and working directly with restaurants and brands soon!

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What relationship most shaped how you see yourself?
I feel like every single relationship with my friends/family/peers have shaped me a lot! Everyone has a different life perspective, and I really like seeing how they all view things. My friends and family are very supportive, and I learn so much from my friends that I have made through content-creating, too!

If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
You should talk more, be weird, and be scared of less things. I think those are things that keep me back now because I was scared of a lot.

So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
I think/hope they would say that they really matter to me! And also my family. I always try to think of them first. Especially when I have fun events that I’m invited to, I want them to get to experience them with me! I think they would also say that kindness also really matters to me. I like to be open-minded and listen to everyone’s opinions and experiences.

Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. If you knew you had 10 years left, what would you stop doing immediately?
Working 😂 My dream has always been to travel the world for at least 1 full year, and I am figuring out how I can make that happen. I would be so excited to document the whole journey and create content about my life. I know some people consider content creating to be another job, but I love it and do it for fun even when I don’t post it publicly. For me, it is a way to keep my memories in one spot and go back to photos and videos and just be so happy that I got to experience these things.
