Hi Xzaye, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: Are you walking a path—or wandering?
I feel like im wandering down this path ive been lead by God to take. I dont exaclty know whats for me at the end of the path, but im walking by faith, and not by sight. I feel like ive been on the path less traveled by most for so long now, that it has become my norm, & i also feel its what makes me different in a lot of ways. Im not afraid of the unknown, but i am really enjoying the journey, and embrace all that comes with it good, bad, and the ugly. Im thankful for this life, but im still grinding, and working towards my goals.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My Name is Xzaye, Im an Independent music artist, and I just dropped a project called “Smiles & Cries” .. Check it out : )
Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What relationship most shaped how you see yourself?
As cliche as it is. My relationship with God, and my relationship with my mom have shaped and molded me into the person i am today.
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
If you havent TRIED to give up music at least 3 times, then you dont really love it lol
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. What do you believe is true but cannot prove?

Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: What do you think people will most misunderstand about your legacy?
I dont think people ever really understand the sacrifices that are made for a person to really achieve something great. I want to be Great, and am willing to, and believe have made some tough, BUT necessary sacrifices along the way in achieving that. People rarely see the sacrifices that a person makes, because they usually dont start paying attention until the success comes. Im cool with that though, the real ones will know.
